Members of the Young Academy of Scotland are required to pay membership fees, as set by the Facilitating Group, in a timely manner.  The subscription year runs from 1 April to 31 March. New members are appointed from 1 August and will be due to pay a joining fee plus part year subscription. Members will be notified of their subscription charge in advance of payment being due.

Alumni of the Young Academy of Scotland may elect to pay an annual ‘emeritus membership fee’, and shall then be entitled to additional roles and privileges as determined by the Plenary.  Emeritus fees are usually due in September.  Members will be invited to pay in advance of the payment being due.

You will need your YAS membership number to process payment - you can find this on your subscription letter. If you need any assistance with this please email info@youngacademyofscotland.org.uk
