Paul is Deputy Head at The Glasgow Academy and an emerging leader in the third sector. A trustee of Give Blood 4 Good (GB4G) and Hopscotch Theatre Company, he also works with charities including The Robertson Trust, where he advises on its Scholarship programme. He conceived the GB4G Young Ambassador Programme (YAP), piloting it at The Academy before its rollout across Scotland; the YAP received recognition from MSPs in Parliament for its contribution to encouraging youth blood donation.
