Donna is Head of the Early Years Quality Improvement Unit at the Scottish Government. This involves working collaboratively across a range of sectors to lead  the development of the first ever national, multi-agency quality improvement programme in the Early Years. 

Educated at Glasgow and Edinburgh Universities, Donna joined the Scottish Government in 2002 and has held posts in Education Finance and the Care & Justice Division of the wider Children and Families portfolio.  Prior to joining the civil service, Donna worked in the Financial Services industry, in pensions and investments.

Our Members

Eileen Wall is currently a Professor of Integrative Livestock Genetics at Scotland’s Rural College (SRUC) based at the Easter Bush Campus, Midlothian. She is also Mitigation work stream lead in ClimateXChange. Eileen grew up in Dublin where she received her undergraduate and Masters degree in Agricultural Science from the University College Dublin.
