Dr Connor Blair is a Translational Pharmacology Research Fellow at the University of Glasgow, as well as Co-Founder & Chief Scientific Officer of a University of Glasgow start-up biotech company – Disruptyx Therapeutics Ltd. His research is focused on the development of precision medicines against cancers with the highest unmet needs. In addition to his passion for translational and innovative science, Connor is highly engaged with science policy, having worked with the Scottish Science Advisory Council (SSAC) to provide independent advice to the Scottish Government and its Ministers on science policy and strategy.
