Chris Dalglish works with cultural heritage as a means of realising a range of social benefits.  In particular, he is interested in the role of cultural heritage in community development.  Chris trained as an archaeologist (MA Hons Glasgow; PhD Glasgow) and has worked in the public, private and academic sectors.

Our Members

Prof Luke Bisby is the Arup Chair of Fire and Structures, working within the BRE Centre for Fire Safety Engineering at the University of Edinburgh. He is also Deputy Head of the Research Institute for Infrastructure and Environment at Edinburgh. A Structural Engineer by education, he now works primarily with consultants, architects, fire scientists, regulators, sociologists, and government to address issues relevant to fire safety in the built environment.
